Our cancellation policy:
30 days prior to your arrival, notice is required for a full refund – less a $50 processing fee. After that date and up to 10 days prior to your reserved time you may reschedule or cancel your reservation for a $100.00 fee. Our deposit requirements

1. We require a Security Deposit of $250.00 which is fully refundable provided you leave our home clean and rental.

     We will dry the towels, wash the sheets, make the beds & vacuum the stairs.

2. Your total reservation deposit is $200.00 of your rent, by major Credit Card only VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal.

3. Upon arrival your refundable security deposit (personal check), the city tax of 10%,  plus the balance of your rent are due.

4. We accept Traveler's Checks or CASH (Preferred).

5. We will also accept major credit cards, we charge a 5% processing fee if used to pay your balance.
